Avoiding the Summer Slump

Summer is already almost half over!  Many families have a busy month and half ahead of them, trying to make the most of the time the kids are out of school or taking a break from scheduled activities.  Cramming in a holiday, visits to the spray park, BBQ’s and Potlucks, Rider Games, and other excursions can leave you feeling a little frazzled and drained.  And often times, the crazy pace is at the expense of eating regularly and a quality diet.
